Recruitment/Selection (common for administrative and technical positions)

We accept applications from overseas universities. We also conduct online interviews.

Panasonic's recruitment selection process allows you to apply once a year. You can try again in the next term.
Example) Try in March 2020 (as a 2021 graduate) -> Try again in March 2021 (as a 2022 graduate)

Regardless of your nationality, you can apply for our selection process. In principle, we will use Japanese for the selection process, but we have a "G100 Course" for those who prefer to go through the process in English or Chinese.

Recruitment/Selection (Technical positions)

For the schools (only scientific ones) we are recruiting from, we ask their student employment sections or their professors in charge of employment to handle our recruitment. For availability of positions and detailed information, directly contact the student employment section or the professor in charge of employment.

Recruitment/Selection (Year-round recruitment)

Panasonic's recruitment selection process allows you to apply once a year. You can try again in the next term.

If you have not completed your entry (e.g., submitting your entry sheet but not taking an aptitude test) for June/July selection and other processes, you may apply for a selection process in September or later.

Since we would like you to be able to concentrate on your studies, we only accept applications from fourth-year undergraduates, second-year Master's students or above, and graduates.

We accept applications from overseas universities. We also conduct online interviews.

Since our Predetermined Position Course and G100 Courses are only available in June, you cannot apply for them in any selection in later month.

We do not accept school recommendations in our selection after September. You are required to enter through free application.

For your entry after October, the deadline for document screening is the 15th of each month.
The interview schedule will be announced on My Page only to those who have passed our document screening.

Regardless of when you are selected for year-round recruitment, you will join the company in April.
* There is a possibility of joining us in the fall, depending on the graduation period of overseas universities.

Work style/Career

In our workplace in Japan, Japanese is mainly used.
Depending on the needs of your job, you may be required to use languages other than Japanese, such as English and Chinese.

Our child care leave is a non-consecutive total of two years of leave that can be taken until the end of the April following the child's start at elementary school. We also offer various other support, including a leave system (Family Support Leave) that can be used for a wide range of purposes, such as care or nursing of family members and a child's school event. For details, see "Working Environment".

We have business sites across the country. There is also a possibility of working overseas in the future.

We consider transfers as part of employee development. For this reason, we have a system (A Better Dialogue) in which employees directly discuss with their supervisors about their wishes for transfer and future career development every year. We also have systems (e-Challenge and e-Appeal) that respect each employee's willingness to take on new challenges and allow them to submit their requests for transfer to find a place where they can play an active role. As we operate our business globally, there are opportunities for both administrative and technical employees to go on overseas business trips or be transferred to other countries. There are also opportunities to improve their skills by utilizing an overseas training system (Overseas Trainee System).

Other

From the perspective of protecting personal information, we do not introduce our employees through individual requests. However, we provide opportunities to speak with our employees at various seminars and other events that we hold, so make use of those opportunities.
